Party celebrations
Found in the conservation area of Thame and ideally located next to St Mary’s Church, Thame Barns Centre, was a derelict farm, sympathetically restored in the 1980’s, and is an excellent location to celebrate your special party. It’s white washed walls and beautiful beams create a relaxed and charming ambiance . A spacious interior, with flexible function area and fully fitted bar give you everything you need in which to enjoy your special celebration.
Choose from our wide and varied selection of menus and let our catering team prepare and serve you, while you relax and enjoy Some with friends and family. Our friendly team are flexible in their approach and ensure that everything is done to meet your individual party requirements.

Venue hire
Large Barn
Spacious and light with plenty of room for up to 100 people as well as access to the bar for your party.
£33.60 per hour
One-off cover charge - over 51 people £30.
Bar – set-up fee £30 – prices are slightly below pub prices
Small barn
For smaller gatherings of friends and family our Small Barn is ideal to mix and mingle with up to 40 guests.
£27.60 per hour
A deposit of £100 is required, which will be refunded providing the Centre is left in good condition and our Condition of hire are followed.
Optional extras
Drinks on arrival – for example Kir Royale (Cava with Cassis) or fruit juice - £5.50 per head
Red, white, rose house wine or Cava on the tables available by the bottle.

Cleaners for the whole Centre £70, Cleaners for Large Barn £50, Cleaners for Small Barn £40.
We do recommend you use our cleaners as we need the Barn, foyer and toilets to be ready for the next users first thing in the morning and you can if you wish do the cleaning yourselves but it must be completed by midnight when the Centre closes.
If we are providing an afternoon tea, cold meat or hot buffet we will do the cleaning at the end of your event.
VAT is charged where applicable.

Freshly poached salmon supreme fillets on a bed of watercress, dressed with cucumber, lemon and dill.

Mingling and chatting guests can help themselves as the food is placed on a buffet table and we leave you to set the room as you require — from £12 per head depending on numbers

Afternoon tea
A perfect afternoon tea to celebrate your special occasion. The room is set up for you as we lay tables with crockery, cutlery, banqueting roll and serviettes. Cost of £15.00 per head

In our lovely garden a hog roast, pizza and an ice cream cart provide alternatives to our usual menus.
